"Customer Care" is a tool allowing you to find exactly the right contact within Norasia global network to best serve your needs.
"Online Tools" provides a complete suite of dynamic, informational tools - covering tracking, schedules and much more.

On the navigation bar, you will also see a "Tracking" box. To use it, simply punch in the number of the BL or Container you would like to track and hit "Track". If you want to track multiple BLs or containers simultaneously, go to the "Tracking" option on the "Online Tools" menu.
